Waspi gives small businesses a storefront for showcasing products and directing customer order requests to WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for using the service lawfully.
You are responsible for the products, prices, images, descriptions and policies published on your storefront. Make sure your listings are accurate, that you have the right to use the content you upload and that your business meets all applicable requirements.
A Waspi checkout opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled order request. It is not an order confirmation and it is not a payment. You and your customer agree availability, delivery, payment and every final order detail directly in chat.
Waspi may offer free and paid plans. The current plan details and pricing are shown before you choose a paid plan. Fees relate to your use of Waspi and do not include the price of goods sold through your business.
Do not use Waspi to publish unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access where it is needed to protect the platform, our users or the public.
We may update Waspi or these terms as the product grows. If you have a question about the service or these terms, contact us and we will be glad to help.
